Mary’s journey in Direct Sales began as an Independent Consultant in party plan. Her creativity, leadership, consistency and a can do attitude created a multi-million dollar team with dozens of leaders. Throughout her eighteen years in the field, she achieved her company’s bonus level sales every single month. She was honored annually as a Top Performance Achiever and National Conference Speaker.

Mary is a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Speaker, Teacher and a founding member of the John Maxwell team. She is a graduate of the DSWA Coach Excellence Program and a WABC Certified Business Coach. Mary co-author the book, Direct Selling Power, is the creator of the Direct Selling Rock Stars Series and the recipient of the 2010 DSWA Speaker of the Year award.
