This weeks interview is with Terry Hawkins a phenomenal woman who I am proud to know and have in my circle of friends.
Ask Terry what her specialty is and she will tell you simply – PEOPLE. Terry is also a best selling author and well-established businesswoman. Her training company People In Progress was founded in 1989 and 21 years on it continues to be a leader in the delivery of high impact, results based learning. Having personally presented to over 300,000 people, Terry knows what works and what doesn’t work when it comes to learning and her team of trainers continue to deliver the benchmark training experiences that People In Progress has become renowned for.
She is a pioneer in developing leading edge programs and presentations that support teams and businesses in finding their ‘gap’ and achieving their goals. As a result, People In Progress consistently delivers 20%+ increases for its clients. Due to the success of the AUS business, Terry has now launched People In Progress in the USA with expansion plans over the next 3-5 years.
Her fascination with human behaviour and results has also led her to study incessantly about peak performance and the blockages that stop people from succeeding (becoming a Master Practitioner in NLP, Hypnotherapy and Time Line Therapy in the process.
