Lisa Wilber has been selling products and recruiting new representatives for Avon since 1981 when she was 18 years old. She worked her Avon business part time until 1988 when she got down-sized out of her secretarial job. Her Avon income dramatically increased after 1993 when she joined Avon’s Multi-level marketing program called Leadership. Lisa is currently the # 5 money earner in the country in the program with just under 2,000 representatives in her downline. During 2010, her downline sold nearly $ 8 million dollars worth of products. She has earned 24 Avon trips including this years trip to the San Diego. Lisa is the author of “Marketing Ideas for the Wild at Heart” as well as two other books and owner of The Winner In You. She was the first Avon Representative to be featured in an Upline Journal success story and her story is prominently featured in Richard Poe’s book “Wave 4”. Interviews have appeared in NH Business Review, Executive Female magazine, Home Business Connection magazine, Networking Times magazine, Avon Dreams magazine, Empowering Women magazine, and the book “Dream Achievers”. She is a co-author of “Build It Big” and “More Build It Big” from the Direct Selling Women’s Alliance where she was named the Ambassador of the Year in 2004, 2007 and 2011. Lisa is featured on the cover of “Cruiser Quarterly” magazine for the January 2007 issue with her Avon wrapped PT Cruiser and also in 2007 she was named Avon’s “Woman of Enterprise”.
